When can you start completing 2026 AB Well activities?
The 2026 AB Well Program is live!
If you're eligible and you're enrolled in an AB/MCC medical plan, you can start completing 2026 AB Well activities as early as 1/1/2026. The 2026 deadline is 11/18.
Who can complete activities to earn Flex Credits or Incentives?
Eligible employees and their enrolled spouses or domestic partners can participate in the AB Well Program if they are enrolled in A-B medical plans.

Primary Care Provider (PCP) Visit
Biometric Screening

This screening collects a number of measurements, like your height, weight, blood pressure, waist and/or hip circumference, along with a very small (finger prick) blood specimen. It only takes 10 – 15 minutes.
How can you complete the activity?
Complete a screening via one of the convenient options below:
- Onsite Screening Events
- Offsite Physician Form
- Offsite Quest Patient Center
- At-home screening kit

If you're enrolled in medical, click the button above to enter the Benefits Portal, find the Additional Items to Explore menu at the bottom and click Quest to schedule your own biometric screening.

Complete a preventive visit or health assessment at a:
- Primary Care Provider, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, OB-GYN or specialist
- Walgreens/CVS Clinic or Urgent Care*
- Cigna members can utilize MD Live*
*These options may have an associated cost.

If you're an employee, how do you sign yourself up for a biometric screening?
Access the Benefits Portal through SSO or by logging in and click the Quest link shown in the screenshot below to schedule your own biometric screening.
If you're an employee, please note that you can't register your spouse/domestic partner for a biometric screening in your own Quest account.

If you're a spouse or domestic partner, how do you sign yourself up for a biometric screening?
Spouses/Domestic Partners must register for separate Quest accounts with code ABWELL2026 and log in; employees can't use their own SSO accounts to sign their spouses/domestic partners up for biometric screenings.
If you're an employee having issues logging into your spouse or domestic partner's account to help them schedule their screening, fully close your browser, then try to log into your spouse/domestic partner's Quest account.
How do employees certify completion of AB Well activities?
If you're eligible for Flex Credits...
Participate in Annual Enrollment to answer the question in the Benefits Portal to confirm if you and your spouse/domestic partner (if applicable) completed activities and submit elections. If earned, Flex Credits will show up within the enrollment flow.
If you're eligible for AB Well Incentives...
You can confirm during 2026 Annual Enrollment, or you can submit an AB Well Program activity completion life event in the Benefits Portal after completing AB Well activities and confirm during 2027 Annual Enrollment.
After submitting a life event, your incentives will be issued within 2-3 weeks.

If you were newly hired or newly enrolled in a 2026 A-B or MCC medical plan, do you need to complete the AB Well Program activities before 11/18?

If you're an eligible spouse or domestic partner, the AB Well Program will be simpler for you this year! If you're enrolled in A-B medical coverage and wish to earn AB Well Program Flex Credits or incentives, please complete the activities before the November 18, 2023 deadline.
After completing the activities, you're done! Your AB employee spouse/domestic partner will answer questions during Annual Enrollment (or, for AB Well incentive eligible employees, enter an AB Well Activity Completion event in the Benefits Portal) to capture your completion.
Why would an error message show up when you try to access Quest?
If you try to access Quest and you see an error message that says "enrollment in this wellness program is restricted", please confirm that you entered your correct information when registering and confirm that you are enrolled in an A-B medical plan.
Individuals who are not enrolled in A-B medical coverage do not need to complete biometric screenings and will not be able to register on Quest’s website.

When the AB Well Portal goes away this year, step challenges will no longer be available.
We hope the simplification of the AB Well Program will enable you to build small, sustainable healthy changes (like increasing the amount you walk) into your life.

If you are Flex Credit eligible, during Annual Enrollment, you will answer questions (yes or no) to certify if you and/or your spouse/domestic partner completed the activities by the 10/31 deadline within the Benefits Portal (in the enrollment flow).
Answering the questions will activate 2024 Flex Credits in the Benefits Portal.
