Who can complete activities to earn Flex Credits or incentives?
You and if applicable, your spouse or domestic partner. AB Well rewards are unlocked by enrolling in an A-B medical plan.

What are the two required activities and how can you complete them?
Biometric Screening
What is a biometric screening?
This screening collects a number of measurements, like your height, weight, blood pressure, waist and/or hip circumference, along with a very small (finger prick) blood specimen. It only takes 10 – 15 minutes.
Employees can access Quest's biometric screening site through the single sign on link in the Benefits Portal or log in through Quest's site.
If you are Flex Credit eligible, during Annual Enrollment, you will answer questions (yes or no) to certify if you and/or your spouse/domestic partner completed the activities by the 10/31 deadline within the Benefits Portal (in the enrollment flow).
Answering the questions will activate 2024 Flex Credits in the Benefits Portal.

How can you complete the activity?
Complete a screening via one of the convenient options below between 1/1/2024 and 11/18/2024:

How can you complete the activity?
Complete a preventive visit or health assessment between 1/1/2023 and 11/18/2024 at a:
- Primary Care Provider, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, OB-GYN or specialist
- Walgreens/CVS Clinic or Urgent Care*
- Cigna members can utilize MD Live*
*These options may have an associated cost.

I'm an employee. How do I sign up for biometric screenings?
Employees can access the Benefits Portal through SSO or by logging in, then click the Quest link shown in the screenshot below to schedule their biometric screenings.
How do I certify my completion of the required activities?
If you're eligible for 2025 Flex Credits, answer questions in the Benefits Portal during Annual Enrollment to confirm if you completed AB Well activities in 2024.
If you're eligible for AB Well Incentives, you can either confirm completion during Annual Enrollment, or submit an AB Well Program Activity Completion event in the Benefits Portal after completing activities and also confirm completion during Annual Enrollment.
Questions about certifying completion of the required activities?
If you're eligible for Flex Credits...
If you completed the activities, when Annual Enrollment begins on November 1 (and before it ends on November 18), answer the question in the Benefits Portal accordingly.
After you confirm and enroll in an A-B Medical Plan, Flex Credits will show up within the enrollment flow. Congrats, you significantly lowered your medical costs! To get the most out of your Flex Credits, allocate any remaining credits to pre-tax benefits like an HSA.
If you have a spouse or domestic partner, you (as the employee) will answer the questions for both yourself and your spouse/domestic partner.
If you're eligible for AB Well Incentives...
You have the option to confirm during Annual Enrollment within the enrollment flow, or you can submit an AB Well Program activity completion life event in the Benefits Portal after you complete AB Well activities and also confirm during Annual Enrollment.
After submitting your event, your incentives will be issued within 2-3 weeks.
If you are Flex Credit eligible, during Annual Enrollment, you will answer questions (yes or no) to certify if you and/or your spouse/domestic partner completed the activities by the 10/31 deadline within the Benefits Portal (in the enrollment flow).

If you are Flex Credit eligible, during Annual Enrollment, you will answer questions (yes or no) to certify if you and/or your spouse/domestic partner completed the activities by the 10/31 deadline within the Benefits Portal (in the enrollment flow).

If you're an eligible spouse or domestic partner, the AB Well Program will be simpler for you this year! If you're enrolled in A-B medical coverage and wish to earn AB Well Program Flex Credits or incentives, please complete the activities before the November 18, 2023 deadline.
After completing the activities, you're done! Your AB employee spouse/domestic partner will answer questions during Annual Enrollment (or, for AB Well incentive eligible employees, enter an AB Well Activity Completion event in the Benefits Portal) to capture your completion.
Why would an error message show up when you try to access Quest?
If you try to access Quest and you see an error message that says "enrollment in this wellness program is restricted", please confirm that you entered your correct information when registering and confirm that you are enrolled in an A-B medical plan.
Individuals who are not enrolled in A-B medical coverage do not need to complete biometric screenings and will not be able to register on Quest’s website.

When the AB Well Portal goes away this year, step challenges will no longer be available.
