A-B offers plan options that cover 100% of in-network preventive care and offer a variety of care options to support you, including access to Win Fertility when you elect a Cigna medical plan.
Fertility Support
If you’re considering fertility treatments and you are enrolled in an A-B Cigna plan, start by reaching out to WIN Fertility at (844) 846-0344 for personalized support every step of the way.
After you enroll in the Cigna Basic, Standard or Plus plan and call Win Fertility to complete a 15-30 minute consult call, you will have plan coverage for artificial insemination, IVF, retrieval, freezing, and one year’s storage of eggs up to the medical lifetime maximum of $25,000 per member.
Surrogacy Support
Anheuser-Busch provides hourly and salaried (nonunion) employees who are enrolled A-B medical plans reimbursement of up to $25,000 for certain costs associated with surrogacy agreements.

Adoption benefit
A-B offers assistance to help with the financial costs incurred when you build your family through adoption.
If you're planning ahead, MetLife's Legal Plan may be able to assist you with the cost of legal support for agency adoption, private and independent adoption, international adoption and adopting stepchildren by transferring parental rights.
