Benefits coverage will end on your last day worked. Here are options for benefits you can choose to extend.
Continue Medical, Dental and Vision coverage with COBRA
You will generally receive COBRA paperwork in the mail within 14 days of the end of your A-B health coverage from PayFlex Systems.
In most cases, if you're eligible for COBRA and want to enroll before you receive your letter from PayFlex in the mail, you can create an account here. Your member ID will be the last four digits of your SSN.
If you elect and pay for COBRA coverage within the required timeframe, your medical, dental, and/or vision coverage will be reinstated retroactive to the last day of coverage under the A-B Plan.

HSA Balance and Access to FSAs with HealthEquity
HSAs are administered by HealthEquity.
Before your employment with A-B ends, change your HealthEquity Communication Preferences to Mail or your personal email. You can keep using your debit card until it expires if you keep your HSA with HealthEquity. All funds in your HSA are yours to keep!
The last day to incur eligible expenses for the Health Care FSA is your last day worked.
Dependent Care FSA expenses can be incurred through the end of the current year. All claims need to be filed by March 31 of the following year. If COBRA is applicable to your Health Care FSA, you will be notified by PayFlex.
