Complete AB Well Program Activities before November 18
If you're AB Well Program eligible and you or your spouse/domestic partner enrolled in an A-B medical plan before 6/1/2025, please make sure to complete AB Well Program activities before November 18th and certify completion in the Benefits Portal during Annual Enrollment if you want to unlock lower medical premiums.

As the employee, you will see question(s) asking if you, and if applicable, your spouse/domestic partner, completed AB Well Program activities in the Annual Enrollment elections flow. Answering the questions in the Benefits Portal and submitting 2024 elections will complete your and your spouse's/domestic partner's AB Well Program attestation process.
