Common Life Events
Select the applicable life event, enter the date and make sure to click through all screens within the enrollment flow until you reach a page that confirms your submitted elections.
Print the confirmation page if you want to save it for your records, or access your elections later by clicking Benefits History.
If you have a life event after Annual Enrollment ends on November 18, 2023, please contact the HR Service Center at (800) 952-7522.
How do you confirm your elections were successfully submitted?
- Check to see if you received a confirmation email from firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Enter the Benefits Portal and click Benefits History, then click the life event's name and confirm your submitted elections.
