1095-Cs are posted within the Benefits Portal; start by accessing the Benefits Portal, then click 1095 Forms Management to view yours.
Please note that the Form 1095-C is for your records only and IS NOT required to be filed with your taxes for 2025. A Form 1095-C indicates any election for health coverage offered by Anheuser-Busch Companies LCC and eligible subsidiaries or MCC Holding Company LLC.
If you are a retiree or terminated employee, please contact the HR Service Center at (800) 952-7522 if you would like to request a copy of your 1095-C.
Deadline to Submit 2025 Flexible Spending Account Expenses
March 31, 2026
To help you use - not lose - FSA funds, A-B gives you extra time to submit 2025 FSA expenses.
Make sure to submit qualifying 2025 FSA expenses to your 2025 FSA before March 31, 2026.
Onsite Mammograms - St. Louis
October 14 & 15, 2026 9am-5pm
We do our best to make it convenient for employees, spouses and domestic partners to make time for a mammogram by bringing a mammogram van onsite at St. Louis (in front of building 202).
Please call the number below to schedule a screening and don't forget to bring your health insurance ID card to your appointment.
