What Do You Need To Do?

Enroll

Please make sure to enroll in benefits and submit your elections within 30 days of your start date if you want benefits coverage that is effective on your start date - coverage effective day one.

If you miss your chance to enroll as a new hire, coverage will be waived. Your next opportunity to enroll will either be during Annual Enrollment or within 30 days of submitting a qualifying life event.

Find Your ID Cards

Don't get stuck waiting by the mailbox. You've have the power to find your key benefit ID numbers or group numbers before cards arrive in the mail, which is usually within 10 days of submitting elections:

Cigna: Access through MyCigna.com. Express Scripts' contact information will be included on the back of Cigna's ID cards.

Kaiser: Register online to find your ID and Group number.

Delta Dental: You can print a temporary ID card or download Delta Dental’s App.

VSP: No ID card needed - really! Simply say you are enrolled in VSP during your appointment. If you really want an ID card, you can print one on vsp.com.

HSA, Healthcare FSA or Commuter: After you enroll in a tax-advantaged account in the Benefits Portal, HealthEquity will mail you a Visa card. If you enroll in multiple HealthEquity accounts, the card will automatically pull funds from the right account by analyzing the merchant code. Need more info? Access the Benefits Portal, look under Additional Items to Explore, click HealthEquity, then click Manage Cards.
